Question by Prashanth GD: Effects of Alcohol and tobacco on human sex,what is the remedy kindly please suggest?

I am 26 years old, i got married a year ago, now me and my wife have planned to have kids ,i use to consume liquor regularly and smoke regularly since eight years,please give me a suggestion can i have a healthy baby having these habits or else what should i do to have healthy baby,does it effect my wife and the kid.?
should i quit all these habits,if so,how many days should i quit.any safe tips to have sex with my wife to lead a healthy life.please suggest me what should i do.please.am worried....!

Quit both habits. And not just for a month, or a year, for life. That is the best way to provide your baby with the best health you can possibly give him or her.
